Weigel Strategic Marketing helps companies in funeral service develop marketing plans and communication programs. Its principal, Joe Weigel, has extensive experience creating and leading marketing programs for Fortune 1000 companies, start-up enterprises as well as B2B and consumer brands.

Before starting Weigel Strategic Marketing, Joe was Vice President of Marketing for Genesis Casket, Vice President of Marketing for the Wilbert Funeral Service, and Director of Communications for Batesville Casket.

Before working in corporate America, Joe held account management positions with several advertising agencies and public relations firms in the Midwest. He has been an adjunct marketing professor and newspaper reporter. He holds a BS degree in Public Relations from Ball State University and an MBA in Marketing from Xavier University.
